Electrolux Platinum Service gives you fast access to our knowledgeable team, for any directions and advice, plus extra peace of mind.

Our dedicated experts will be on call week days during normal business hours to answer any questions about your vacuum, or trouble-shoot any issues.

Electrolux Platinum Service is a premium door-to-door warranty service, for Electrolux Premium Vacuums that are eligible under the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Platinum Elite Service

Electrolux Platinum Elite Service is our most premium after sales care programme. It gives you fast access to our knowledgeable team, for any directions and advice, plus extra peace of mind.

Should your machine require maintenance, through the Electrolux Platinum Elite Service we will collect your vacuum from your home or business, and have your vacuum back to you within 72 hours* from the time it is picked up (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

In addition, our dedicated team of experts will be available online or to call weekdays during normal business hours to answer any questions about your vacuum, or trouble-shoot any issues. 

Electrolux Platinum Elite Service is our most premium door-to-door warranty service, for the Electrolux PUREi9 Robot vacuum eligible under the manufacturer’s warranty period.

* Electrolux will do everything possible to ensure that your vacuum is back to you within the 72 hours however as we use third party agents for transport some delays may be outside of our control.
